How do I schedule an appointment?
Each session takes about 20 minutes. A $20 deposit is required to reserve your spot, which is credited toward your purchase. One appointment slot can accommodate up to 3 people. For larger groups, please call us in advance!
Do you offer private parties or mobile events?
Yes! We would love to bring the spark to you. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, or girls' night, you can book a private mobile experience and we'll come to your location.
Can I just walk in?
Yes! We love walk-ins. Guests with appointments are prioritized, and wait times for walk-ins can range from minutes to an hour depending on the day. We highly recommend booking ahead if you are on a tight schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your slot. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable for "no-show" appointments.
