Should I book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is best, especially on weekends.
What is the $20 deposit for?
It holds your appointment and goes toward your jewelry when you visit. It's not an extra fee.
Does it hurt?
No. We fit the chain first, then weld only the small connecting ring. The spark never touches your skin.
How long does it take?
About 10 to 15 minutes per person, depending on how many pieces you get.
Can I add charms?
Yes. Charms and connectors start at $15.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Friends, couples, moms and daughters, sisters, and small groups are all welcome. If several people are getting jewelry, please book ahead so we can plan for everyone.
Can permanent jewelry be removed?
Yes. Snip the small connecting ring with scissors or jewelry cutters and save the chain. If it's still reusable, bring it back and we can reconnect it.
