Pretty Pickie is not responsible for customization errors resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Once production has begun, personalized or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where required by law or where the item is defective or we made an error.

10. Appointments and In-Store Services

Pretty Pickie Boutique may offer appointments and in-store services, including permanent jewelry and other jewelry experiences.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed.

Certain appointments may require a deposit or advance payment.

If a deposit is required, the amount and applicable booking terms will be disclosed before you complete your reservation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may apply and will be provided during the booking process or on the applicable service page.

Some appointment deposits may be applied toward your purchase as described at the time of booking.

11. Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is designed to be fitted and connected without a traditional clasp.

Although the process is generally quick, customers understand that jewelry may:

• Stretch
• Break
• Become caught on objects
• Require removal
• Experience normal wear over time

Permanent jewelry is not literally permanent and can be removed when necessary.

Customers should follow any safety or aftercare instructions provided by Pretty Pickie.

Services may be refused or modified when we reasonably believe performing the service would be unsafe or inappropriate.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes
