Is it hard to build my own jewelry?
Not at all! We provide the professional tools and jewelry mats you need to keep your charms in place. Most guests finish their custom piece in about 15-20 minutes. If you get stuck, our team is always on hand to help you finish your creation.
Do you offer private parties or mobile events?
Yes! We love bringing the Charm Bar to you. It’s perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, or girls' nights. We set up the design stations at your location and guide your guests through the process.
Is the jewelry high quality?
Absolutely. We use premium 18K gold-plated stainless steel. It is 100% waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic, so your custom creation stays beautiful for years.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome at our River Park location. However, guests with appointments get priority at the design station, so booking ahead is recommended for groups.
