Here's what you need to know:

Returns:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Eligible Items: Most unused and unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned. Exceptions apply to custom pieces (explained below).

• Return Initiation: Contact us at hello@prettypickie.com to start your return. We'll provide easy-to-follow instructions and information on how to return your items.

• Return Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Exceptions:

• Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made pieces cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon arrival! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@prettypickie.com. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including your return shipping cost.
