Pretty Pickie wants you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy, excluding custom pieces.
Returns
- Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Eligible Items: Most unused and unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned. Custom pieces cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

Condition Requirements: Items must be:
- In original condition with no signs of wear, washing, or alterations
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other stains

How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at hello@prettypickie.com with your order number
- Include the reason for return and photos if relevant
- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed

Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5 business days after receiving your return
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Return Exceptions

Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:
- Items with personalized engraving or monogramming
- Special order sizes or colors
- Made-to-order pieces

Permanent Jewelry: Due to its personalized nature, permanent jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned. However, we offer:
- Free repairs within 60 days of purchase for Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver pieces
- $15 repair fee after the 60-day period
- Contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your permanent jewelry
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspection Period: Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery

Report Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us at hello@prettypickie.com within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll respond within 1 business day
- Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Please mark returns as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid customs charges
- Return processing may take up to 10 business days for international orders
