Pretty Pickie Online Return Policy

Pretty Pickie wants you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy, excluding custom pieces.

Returns

  • Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Eligible Items: Most unused and unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned. Custom pieces cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be:
    • In original condition with no signs of wear, washing, or alterations
    • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
    • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other stains
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    1. Email us at hello@prettypickie.com with your order number
    2. Include the reason for return and photos if relevant
    3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
    • Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    • Processing time: 5 business days after receiving your return
    • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Return Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:
    • Items with personalized engraving or monogramming
    • Special order sizes or colors
    • Made-to-order pieces
  • Permanent Jewelry: Due to its personalized nature, permanent jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned. However, we offer:
    • Free repairs within 60 days of purchase for Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver pieces
    • $15 repair fee after the 60-day period
    • Contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your permanent jewelry
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspection Period: Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery
  • Report Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
    1. Contact us at hello@prettypickie.com within 48 hours
    2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
    3. We'll respond within 1 business day
  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark returns as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid customs charges
  • Return processing may take up to 10 business days for international orders

 

Pretty Pickie “In Store” Return Policy

All purchases made at Pretty Pickie Boutique are FINAL SALE, in-store. We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. 


We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase for eligible items. Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable and final sale:
• Permanent Jewelry
• Customized or Laser-Engraved Items
• Earrings
• Sale/Clearance Items
• Gift Cards

If you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact us. We truly care about our customers and will always do our best to inspect and help with repairs or concerns whenever possible.
