Return Policy
Pretty Pickie wants to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase! That's why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return and refund policy, excluding custom pieces.
Here's what you need to know:
Returns:
- Return Window: You have 90 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Eligible Items: Most unused and unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned. Exceptions apply to custom pieces (explained below).
- Return Initiation: Contact us at hello@prettypickie.com to start your return. We'll provide easy-to-follow instructions and information on how to return your items.
- Return Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Exceptions:
- Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made pieces cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@prettypickie.com. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including your return shipping cost.
Permanent Jewelry Policy
Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver
- Free repair within 60 days of purchase
- After 60 days: $15 repair fee applies
Solid Gold
- Inspect and approve quality upon receipt
- Free rewelding if broken
Important Notes
- All custom-fitted items (e.g., bracelets) are final sale
- No returns on custom pieces
- We do not replace lost items or chains
- We aim to provide fair service while protecting our business
